  My review is a bit atypical, but I'm proud to post it. I have been a longtime Brookstone customer and have always been happy with their stores and their products, but this is an endorsement for their customer service. Keeping a long story short, I used a box that I received some items I order from them to ship a "care package" to my daughter in another state. Somehow, the label I attached over the Brookstone label came off during the shipping process and the package was returned to Brookstone in Mexico, MO. A young lady there took the personal initiative to contact me as my name was the only one left on the package to inquire if was indeed something I had sent. She described the contents and sure enough it was the long lost package my daughter was waiting for. Since the box was quite beaten up, she repackaged it and sent it on to my daughter in Oregon. I was utterly stunned that someone I don't even know would be so kind and helpful. Amazing. I will be a loyal customer for life!
